The History of National Appeal®

In 1992 Ralph and Marty Jollette founded Appeal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, Inc.  At first, the company serviced both residential as well as commercial accounts.  After the first two years, Ralph discovered that hotels with the heaviest traffic were clients who could greatly benefit from the Hotel Hygiene process, and now National Appeal enjoys relationships with some of the most successful and widespread hotel chains in the country.  This comes through offering exceptional and consistent service within the hospitality industry and always remembering that the guest is why Appeal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners is there.  Another method is consistency throughout the hospitality industry on all pricing issues.  Regardless of where a hotel is located (Chicago, IL or Manhattan, NY) the cost per room and square footage will always be the same.

Perhaps the most important aspect of Appeal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, Inc. is that they understand the financial and budgeting goals of the hospitality industry and they are willing to work out a reasonable payment schedule.  This gives hotels the opportunity to have the work completed as needed and make payments when budget allows.  Appeal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, Inc. services over 60% of all the major hotels in the Greater Chicagoland area.  The company's success in the Chicagoland area prompted Ralph to expand the business into another location, Orlando, Florida.  Southern Appeal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, Inc., was formed and incorporated in the state of Florida in December of 1997 with Ralph Jollette as President and Don Rathmann as Vice-President.  Southern Appeal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, Inc. started doing business with many of the major hotels and resorts including Disney World in the summer of 1998.

In November 1998, Ralph formed an Illinois corporation, National Appeal®, Inc.  The charter of National Appeal®, Inc., states that the company is committed to becoming the largest of it's type in the United States.  National Appeal®, Inc., specializes in "Hotel Hygiene"® Systems for the hospitality industry and for the comfort and well being of all guests.
