Matthew D. Cyr and Manoj A. Mehta, best friends for years, decided to build on their friendship and become business partners by joining the National Appeal family. Matthew, hailing from Northern California and Washington State, has a strong background in sales; born in England, reared in the United States by parents originally from India, Manoj's strengths lie in management. As franchise co-owners, Matthew and Manoj look forward to applying Hotel Hygiene Solutions' legendary attributes of quality, dependability and custom service to San Diego's hospitality industry in a manner previously unheard of in the region.

National Appeal is pleased to welcome Jesus Pinto to our nationwide network of Hotel Hygiene® providers. Jesus takes over as new owner of the Texas Gulf Coast area franchise launched by Dave Valenti in early 2005. Originally from Venezuela, Jesus grew up in Austin, residing in Houston since 1991. He attended West Texas A&M University, and finished his MBA in 2004 at the University of Phoenix. Jesus has enjoyed a successful career path in International Sales & Marketing with leading consumer products companies; however, the opportunity to continue building on Dave's success in Texas was especially attractive to him. Please help us to welcome Jesus to National Appeal.

Mike has been married to wife Kelly since 1989. He has 3 children,
Maddie - 12, Emily - 10 & Bradley - 6. Mike spent 9 years as a Flight
Engineer in the USAF. He started a swimming pool service business in
1995 & purchased a Grading Company in November 2000. When he decided to change his line of work in February of 2007, he sold the Grading Company and decided to become part of the National Appeal family by purchasing George Farag's Territory in Orange County, CA.

Hector & Doris have been married since 1995. Hector is from Colombia & Doris is from Panama, Central America. We have a handsome six years old son, Cristian Andres. We have several years of experience in the hospitality industry and have made this one part of our life. Hector has been working in the food industry for 15 years from with many positions including: Chef, Food and Beverage Director & Food tchnician in the Middle East (Iraq) were he worked as a Contractor supporting our troops. Doris has worked in the hospitality industry over ten years mainly in the hotel accounting side of the business.
We love the hospitality industry and have taken advantage to get to
know many places and meet new friends in each city. We like the outdoors, soccer, cycling, spending time together and travel.

Dinah and Paul DiCataldo have been living in the Tampa Area for over 25 years. They have 4 sons and 1 daughter that will be working the
National Appeal of West Coast Florida, Inc. Territory. Dinah and Paul currently own and operate a business that services the hospitality industry in a different capacity. Their daughter and 1 of their sons have worked in management positions in the hospitality industry over the years. They are very excited and eagar to grow their National Appeal business to a level that has not been realized to date.

After many months of planning, in the summer of 2006, Kevin Bice sold his successful communications company in Southern California. This made it possible for his family to relocate to a small town in Portland, OR. Kevin has been married to wife Victoria for 17 years and has two children, Alyssa & Brian. Kevin enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, horseback riding & fishing. His favorite hobby is gourmet barbequing on the backyard grill.

Idalia & Hector Rusinque reside in Indian Orchard, MA. Idalia was born in Puerto Rico & Hector was born in Columbia South America. Hector has worked in the pizza industry since 1987. In addition to the National Appeal franchise, Idalia & Hector are also owners of a janitorial company. They have 2 children, Christina - 17 & Stephanie - 14.

On September 11, 2006 Gary Korte purchased National Appeal of Colorado from Joe and Tammy Buser, who owned and successfully operated the business for 5 years. Gary grew up in the Chicago area and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After college, Gary spent the next 30 years in Hotel Management, progressing his career from a position as Food and Beverage Director to Vice President of Operations. Gary has lived in Denver since 1992 and has three children, Christopher, Jason and Jennifer as well as four grandchildren, Shelby, Kai, Kiera and Benjamen James. When not working the National Appeal business, Gary is usually working on his golf game and is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and hunting and fishing.

In 1994 Michael Santiago founded Dazzle Specialty Services, Inc. A company that provides specialty cleaning services such as Air Duct Cleaning, Ultra Sonic Cleaning, On-Site Dry Cleaning in addition to Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Realizing there was a need in the State of Maine for a company to offer Quality Service for the Hotel Businesses; On July 1, 2006 Michael decided not to go at it alone this time and became part of the National Appeal Family. National Appeal of Maine, Inc. services the whole state of Maine and we are proud to be on board with the #1 Hotel Hygiene Specialist in the World.

Bill grew up in the Chicago area. He moved to Florida to take a position with the Florida Citrus Commission shortly after graduating from Southern Illinois University where he majored in marketing. Bill held several positions at the Florida Citrus Commission including Director of Merchandising. He then purchased an advertising & marketing business, CMI Marketing & Promotions in Oklahoma City and has lived in Oklahoma since 1987. Bill's primary focus at CMI Marketing & Promotions was Account Specific Promotions for clients including: Pillsbury, General Mills, Hormel Foods, Land 'O Lakes and the SC Johnson Company. After selling his marketing & advertising business in 2005, Bill joined National Appeal with the purchase of the Oklahoma franchise. Bill has been married to his wife Anna for over 28 years. They have 2 sons, Jimmy & Robert. Bill's hobbies include: antiques, classic cars & is an avid football & baseball fan.

Marjie Arnold and Greg Bowker reside in Southwick, MA. Marjie is originally from a small town in Indiana. Greg is from Marshfield, MA. They met working together in airline industry. They have 3 children Tyler, Shelby and Kayla.

National Appeal is pleased to welcome Dave Valenti to our nationwide network of Hotel Hygiene® providers. Having worked for Hyatt since 1982, Dave has served as the GM of Hyatt Regency Houston Airport for the past three years. Dave has also worked with National Appeal since 1997. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales College, Providence RI and originally from Colts Neck NJ. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys golf, tennis, basketball, and cardio work-outs. He is also fluent in Spanish. Please help us to welcome Dave, his wife, Patti, and their daughter, Jade, to National Appeal.

National Appeal is pleased to welcome Ed Kasputis to our nationwide network of Hotel Hygiene® providers. Ed launched his first business at the age of twenty, with twenty employees, and put himself through college, law school and graduate business school. At the age of twenty-nine, Ed was selected to his first of four terms as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives. During his tenure, Ed chaired as the House Judiciary Committee winning numerous legislative awards.

Currently, Ed is a real estate investor, attorney and National Appeal Franchisee. Ed with his wife, Lee, and their seven children reside in Olmsted Township, Ohio.

National Appeal is proud to announce that on April 15th we will be
sponsoring a White Lodging Tradeshow that will be held in Louisville, KY. This will give us a chance to represent our company and services but also tomeet 91 of the General Managers of White Lodging Properties.

National Appeal is pleased to announce a Hard Surface Cleaning seminar at Corporate Headquarters in Chicago. Stone Care International of Illinois will host the seminar on February 15th-17th. Stone Care International is the cutting edge provider for all hard floor surface care and will be providing it’s chemical and knowledge to all National Appeal Franchises. Training will cover Marble, Granite, Ceramic, Porcelain, VCT, Terrazzo and many other hard surfaces.

We are very excited for the new business opportunities this service will provide in our current and future customers hotel properties. National Appeal is expecting more than 13 of our franchisees to attend this seminar along with some of their select employees. Marketing strategies, labor costs & other related topics would be discussed during our three-day seminar. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
