National Appeal welcomes two new Hotel Hygiene® distributors: George Farag of National Appeal Orange County, and Steve Duong of National Appeal Dallas/Ft. Worth.

George Farag, a former restauranteur and co-partner of premium cigar stores in the Los Angeles area, began active National Appeal operations in Orange County, California, as of the last week of August.

Steve Duong, an information technology specialist and owner of a very successful Internet camping supply business, took the reigns of National Appeal Dallas/Ft. Worth as of the first week of September.

After a months-long search for a new corporate headquarters, National Appeal has purchased and relocated to an office/warehouse building in Addison, Illinois.  One-half hour west of Chicago's Loop, the new National Appeal Headquarters includes the corporate offices, warehouse, and training and fulfillment centers in a modern, 8,000-square-foot facility.

"This capital expenditure will allow us to continue to grow and provide outstanding service to our customers and franchisees," said National Appeal President Ralph Jollette.  "We are very pleased with the new building, especially the upcoming hotel room training area."

Currently under construction, a simulated hotel room built to standard specifications will serve as a live training center for Hotel Hygiene® techniques and products.  "This will be an invaluable tool for training and certifying upcoming members of the National Appeal team," Jollette said.

The new National Appeal Headquarters also includes a Nature's Appeal fulfillment center, expansive warehouse spaces, commercial-grade loading docks, and multiple conferencing centers.  Click to take the virtual tour of National Appeal's new facility.

Formerly a tugboat captain and merchant marine, James and his wife are now the latest members of the National Appeal network.

• National Appeal expanded into international markets with the launch of International Appeal, headquartered in Raleigh, Essex, United Kingdom. International Appeal is NA's first overseas presence and looks to extend Hotel Hygiene services throughout Europe.
   
• National Appeal's first annual Sales Meeting, held at the Disney resort of Coronado Springs, Florida, was a huge success.  National Appeal dealers and their families met there to share knowledge and discuss sales strategies and techniques.
   
  "Sitting there and listening to all the input of all these people, I felt like a parent," said NA President Ralph Jollette.  "I realized then that the strength of National Appeal is no longer the founders, but the distributors."
   
• National Appeal received its first national marketing exposure in May 2002 at Choice Hotels’ annual trade show in Atlanta.  The show allowed NA to exhibit services and products to hotel owners all over the U.S. and resulted in numerous nationwide sales leads.
   
• National Appeal Corporate has recently contracted a telemarketing service to be used by all NA locations in the U.S. This service will help create new revenue and increased market share throughout the hospitality industry by canvassing each National Appeal territory throughout the country.
   
• National Appeal has recently launched the Dealer Talk secure extranet for knowledge-sharing and communication between NA dealers and administrators. Dealer Talk makes it easy for NA dealers to share successful business strategies and rapidly find answers to questions.
